What the work involves

The body leads.
We listen.

The Emotional Liberation Method (ELM) brings breath, visualization and somatic awareness together in a guided approach to emotional release. At Nour, this work is informed by ELM and NEO training, alongside fascial techniques, sound, vibration and energy-based practices.

The work is progressive, with each session adapted to you. There is no expectation that anything particular should happen in a given session. Experiences vary from person to person.
