Does sending a request confirm a booking?
No. We confirm availability, suitability, the session location and booking details personally.

What is the session cancellation policy?
Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged 25% of the session fee. Gathering tickets are non-refundable.
